A Creative Invitation to a Virtual Event

As we head into the tenth month of this pandemic, it has become the new-norm to host virtual events. We've seen for personal celebrations and corporate celebrations that hosts want to drum up a sense of excitement & wonder leading up to their special virtual event. We love creating intentional invitations that serve as both a sneak peek of the event and as a thoughtful gifting opportunity for the guests.

We were recently lucky enough to work with Microsoft for an executive gifting experience. They were hosting a virtual event on their platform and invited executives of the company for an exclusive & intimate glimpse into the mind, process and music of a GRAMMY award-winning artist.

Chance the Rapper's trumpeter & musical composer, Nico Segal and his group, The JuJu Exchange, were the featured artist. They are known for breaking & blending genres as they navigate the music industry in the digital space. The executives were invited to share in their musical experience, listen to a set and talk through how they utilize personal branding in the digital space.

Taking the idea of an exclusive music event and running with it, the creative concept for the invitation started with a vinyl record by the artist which would serve as a thoughtful keepsake after the event. Victrola vinyl carrying cases served as the perfect vessel for those records! Each guest received their own Microsoft-branded carrying case, their own vinyl, custom invitation cards & festive packaging.

All of our corporate gifting experiences are as intentionally designed as our events. They're finished with branded elements, custom packaging, beautiful ribbons, handwritten notes & other special details. If you are in need of any gifts for your clients, associates, bridesmaids or friends & family, we would love to create a beautiful gifting experience for you!
